Shipping & delivery

  • Free freight delivery within the contiguous United States, 5–7 business days after dispatch. Chairs leave MYS's warehouse in Georgia within 1–2 business days (orders before 12:00 PM ET, Mon–Fri); tracking is e-mailed when the label is created.
  • Chairs ship on a wooden pallet, shrink-wrapped, by freight carrier with curbside delivery: the driver lowers the pallet at the curb or driveway with a liftgate and does not carry it inside. Have two people on delivery day.
  • Inspect the packaging while the driver is there. If anything is torn or crushed, write “DAMAGED” on the delivery receipt before signing, photograph it, and contact us within 48 hours: MYS replaces the part or the unit at no cost.

Warranty & returns

  • 1-year quality warranty from the maker, MYS (Make Your Salon Furniture). Warranty claims go through us.
  • Returns within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the original factory box with all packing; a 20% restocking fee applies and the buyer pays return freight (typically $100–300 for a chair). Measure your doorway and station before ordering.

  • Sold through Shopify Collective: the chair ships directly from MYS, and we answer questions within one business day.
  • Need inside (white-glove) delivery? Ask before ordering; the carrier charges extra for it.
